The procedure for sending repairs is simple. Just pack up the defective unit (carefully) and include a purchase order form with any information you can give us about the problem. You may also use our Online Service Order Form. Indicate if you want an estimate or a straight repair (if you don't indicate - we always estimate) and send it to us by whatever carrier you like. We will estimate the repair within 24 hours of receiving the unit and will fax , email or call in the estimate to you. When you receive the estimate, please mark the appropriate line on the bottom left ( ok to repair, do not repair estimate fee $29.50, or scrap it here) and sign it. You may then fax or email the response to us (if possible, please refrain from "verbal" approval by phone). Approved repairs are usually done within 2-3 days (unless we need to order parts) and shipped back to you or drop shipped to your customer.
We will drop ship your repair items to your customer directly if you would like us to. This option is for open or credit card accounts only. Drop shipments will include only a packing slip with your return address and the customers name on it. No pricing is indicated on the packing list. You will be mailed the invoice and any credit card receipts, where applicable, on the same day the repair is sent to the customer. We cannot ship a c.o.d.
To order rebuilt exchange units or parts. You may simply send us a purchase order via fax or email and we will send you the item. A core charge will be indicated on the invoice but, will be credited upon receipt of a usuable core. You can return your core in the same shipping container, or you may send the core in advance along with a purchase order and we will rebuild and return the item with no core charge. All equipment and repairs are warrntied for 6 months from the date of the original repair invoice unless otherwise stated in writing, against defect in parts or workmanship. This is only for the work performed and does not extend to light bulbs, fuses, shipping damage, additional damage caused by operators within the warranty period, shipping costs, lost revenue or production. If you are in need of good used equipment, call us and we will let you know what we have on hand. We can take an older piece of equipment and make it work like new, and often your customer will be more saisfied with this than something new. Visit our Used Equipment catalog for equipment availible.
All new accounts are set up as prepaid and require a credit card on file with us. After a 6 month period (with a minimum of 3 repairs and timely payments within the 6 months) you may elect a net 30 account status. Visit our Dealer Signup and signup today.
