THE PROCEDURE FOR SENDING REPAIRS IS SIMPLE.  JUST PACK UP THE DEFECTIVE UNIT (CAREFULLY) AND INCLUDE A PURCHASE ORDER FORM WITH ANY INFORMATION YOU CAN GIVE US ABOUT THE PROBLEM.  INDICATE IF YOU WANT AN ESTIMATE OR A STRAIGHT REPAIR (IF YOU DON'T INDICATE – WE ALWAYS ESTIMATE) AND SEND IT TO US BY WHATEVER CARRIER YOU LIKE.  WE WILL ESTIMATE THE REPAIR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE UNIT AND WILL FAX , EMAIL OR CALL IN THE ESTIMATE TO YOU.  WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE ESTIMATE, PLEASE MARK THE APPROPRIATE LINE ON THE BOTTOM LEFT ( OK TO REPAIR, DO NOT REPAIR ESTIMATE FEE $29.50, OR SCRAP IT HERE) AND SIGN IT.  YOU MAY THEN FAX OR EMAIL THE RESPONSE TO US (IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM "VERBAL" APPROVAL BY PHONE).  APPROVED REPAIRS ARE USUALLY DONE WITHIN 2-3 DAYS (UNLESS WE NEED TO ORDER PARTS) AND SHIPPED BACK TO YOU OR DROP SHIPPED TO YOUR CUSTOMER.DROP SHIPMENTS:  WE WILL DROP SHIP YOUR REPAIR ITEMS TO YOUR CUSTOMER DIRECTLY IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO.  THIS OPTION IS FOR OPEN OR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS ONLY.  DROP SHIPMENTS WILL INCLUDE ONLY A PACKING SLIP WITH YOUR RETURN ADDRESS AND THE CUSTOMERS NAME ON IT.  NO PRICING IS INDICATED ON THE PACKING LIST.  YOU WILL BE MAILED THE INVOICE AND ANY CREDIT CARD RECEIPTS, WHERE APPLICABLE, ON THE SAME DAY THE REPAIR IS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER.  WE CANNOT SHIP A C.O.D.**THE FOLLOWING PAGES ARE DESIGNED TO GIVE YOU SOME GUIDELINES AS TO WHAT KINDS OF EQUIPMENT WE REPAIR.
